SMS and Mobile Information
If you voluntarily opt in to text message notifications, Deep River Poker may use your mobile number to send tournament registration confirmations, reminders, waitlist updates, cancellations, schedule changes, and related club event notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS Consent
SMS consent is optional and is not required for membership, website access, tournament registration, or participation. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a Deep River Poker text message or by disabling text notifications in your Player Card.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to administer the club, maintain required records, document communication consent, and protect the integrity of the website. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect stored member information.
